Auto exporting data for courier labels

Hi, what would be the best way to export customer data to create a label with dpd and other couriers?

At the moment we create each label manually and would love to automate it.
If we could do it individually for each order it would be better as the customers leave alot of info on where to leave goods and we may need to edit this per individual order
