Total-based Shipping no longer works after upgrade to 2.0

Greetings!
Just upgraded to Open Cart 2.0.3.1 Everything went fine until I tried to run a test order on the cart. Orders fail because the cart is looking for the Total Based Shipping extension. I get this error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined method Customer::getCustomerGroupId() in /home/rwalker/public_html/FiTTE-Shop/catalog/model/shipping/totalbased.php on line 46
I go back into admin and look at that plugin - I see two: Total Based Shipping and Total-Based Shipping. Neither work, both hang on attempts to modify, uninstall-reinstall, disable or enable, and return the following:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ControllerShippingTotalbased::render() in /home/rwalker/public_html/FiTTE-Shop/admin/controller/shipping/totalbased.php on line 123
or
Fatal error: Call to undefined method ControllerShippingStandardCost::render() in /home/rwalker/public_html/FiTTE-Shop/admin/controller/shipping/standard_cost.php on line 120

Have re-purchased a version that claims to be 2.0 compatible, no luck.
At this point, my cart is worthless, as every order is looking for that plugin.
What should I do?

OpenCart 2.0 requires you to update all extensions you have installed -- the code has changed so significantly that *no* extension will be compatible unless it has been specifically updated for it.

totalbased.php would likely be my Total-Based Shipping extension. If you purchased it and are still having issues, it's probably because you didn't do your upgrade properly, and the VERSION constant in index.php is marked with the wrong version.
