Multiple Paypal based on location?

I just wonder if that's possible:

Having multiple Paypal accounts and choosing the account based on the location of the buyer.

So for all EU customers that pay in EUR using my EU account, and for all US$ and other currencies use another Paypal account.

Reason is of course the different Paypal fees.

If you wanted to duplicate the PayPal extension you use, you could use Restrict Payment Methods to limit when each one appears.
