Getting no alert email of Order, Contact Us page or register

Hi,

Opencart Version = 2.0.3.1
Instal = Fresh Install
Php Version = 5.4.45
MySQL Version = 5.1.61

Issue: I have set the following

Mail Protocol = SMTP (alo tried Mail option too)
Mail Parameters = Blank (also tried f for gmail)
SMTP Hostname = mail.offiomax.com (and for Gmail I used smtp.gmail.com and ssl://smtp.gmail.com) I alos tried localhos

SMTP Username = info@offiomax.com (and user@gmail.com)
SMTP Password = *********
SMTP Port = 25 (also 587 after confirming with hosting company i.e. Whois.com)
SMTP Timeout = 5
Additional Alert E-Mails = user@gmail.com

But nothing works... though the message is successful

in case of gmail some time it gives Authorization issue message.
Is there anybody who can help me to sort it.

I am getting orders in admin of Opencart but no email to info@offiomax.com or gmail.com account

I already tried that but dint work.

I just replaced Gmail id with info@offiomax.com under General Tab (Setting->General->E-mail) and it worked I mean customer started getting order email but no alert that must come to email ID given to "Additional Alert E-Mails".

Current Mail setting is
Mail Protocol = SMTP
Mail Parameters = Blank
SMTP Hostname = mail.offiomax.com
SMTP Username = info@offiomax.com
SMTP Password = ************
SMTP Port = 25
SMTP Timeout = 5
Additional Alert E-Mails = user@gmail.com

and Email ID is info@offiomax.com under General Tab (Setting->General->E-mail)

and getting no email if contact us form is filled. It shows no error.

Please Help

You should choose SMTP Port 465 and recheck mail again.

I am not getting any email from Contact us page. I mean if I fill the contact us form by using any email ID so I am not getting any response and even it's not going to store owner

order email is going to customer's email ID but additional email alert still not working.
any help for that
