Product pictures not showing properly

Hi,

I am trying to adjust the product pictures on my website. There are two modes, list and grid, as I choose the list, the pictures are good (centered) but as I switch to grid mode, the pictures drift left. If I center the pictures in grid mode using padding or margining this time the list mode goes out of hand. How can I arrange them correctly.

And one more question. I do not have any "add to basket" or "buy now" buttons on that products as you can see. How can I add them.

It's a responsive Custom Theme, you use, therefore, only one could tell, possibly, using the same theme.
