Related Products Sort Order

I'm using 2.0.2.0 and I'd like to have control over the order in which the related products are displayed on the product/product pages. I do not want them sorted alphabetically or chronologically. For example I would like product A to be listed first, product C to be listed second and product B to be listed third regardless of what order they were added or what date they were added. Can this be done? I looked through the available extensions and did not find one that would do this.

No suggestions?

Well shall I assume that since nobody is responding to this post that there is no way to adjust the sort order?

Let me try adding a little bit more information here. I have specified an item's sort order to be 1 and set the sort order for another item to be 2 and another item to be 3. When you click on a product from the main menu, the sort order works correctly. Once you click on an item in the related related products, you are taken to a new page showing the item that you clicked on. The related products are not in the correctly assigned sort order now. Below is a link to the page in question. Please note that the Jackets are sort order 1,2,3,4. The diamond bands are 10, 11, 12 and the gem stone bands are 20, 21, 22, 23 and so on. If you look at the link below, the Celine jacket is at the bottom when it is supposed to be at the top of the list with the other jackets. It is also on a completely separate row which also does not seem to be correct.
