How to set minimum cart order value?

I am using OpenCart 2.0.3.1.

I want to set minimum cart total before anyone can make the checkout.

Go to

Extensions > Order Total > Low Order Fee

and set the required values.

I hope this may help you somehow.

This will not disable the cart. It is just a charge to handle low order value. But is there any option in Opencart 2.0.3.1 set the minimum value unless which checkout cannot be done?
