Hello all
I am pitching to develop a new e-commerce site and I think I want to use Open Cart. I have just had a meeting with the client and they have a couple of questions that I cannot find answer to regarding stock control:
So when they add stock, they can add the quantity they have. How do they know when they need to reorder? Does the system have a function to keep them updated when certain stock reaches a low level?
Thanks
j

A small mod will add it: Out of stock email alert.

An alert on mininum stock level (threshold) per product would also be a nice mod. Adding a default threshold is not that complicated, adding minimum stock levels per product seems to be more complicated, but not impossible to realise.

it would be useful, if the critical stock level could be configured per product. The current critical level (10) could be left as default value...
