Paypal was working, uninstalled it, reinstall and not workin

Hello,
I had paypal standard working and recieving payments... and was happy

I had someone accessing my OC admin so I was nervous and uninstalled paypal standard.

I reinstalled paypal standard by going through Extensions, Install, then Edited it as shown in the pictures attached.
Did I miss a step?

Its so frustrating lol

Thank you so much for trying to help!

I have no real experience with mods but I did install vqmod as it was needed for import/export of my store products.

I went to Extensions - Modifications and hit refresh, entered all my test info for an order and still no paypal available as an option to a customer.
See attached for what area I hit refresh - the top right side, blue refresh button.

I went to my ftp and reloaded the vqmod and vqcache folder... I hope that is what you meant?

Went into the vqcache and moved the files to a backup folder then went to extensions modifications and hit refresh.

Now to reinstall paypal again

Error not yet found.

Loading a saved backup (copied my whole public html folder) but its from april ... sigh
Have to redo alot.

Wish me luck that I get paypal standard working
