I am using Version 2.0.1.0

I have noticed that it is possible to return an order more than once.

Ideally if a customer has returned an order, the option to return should be disabled.

Unless there is a config i need to change somewhere in my backend.

Thanks for the good work Daniel and Co.

I'm having issues where customers are able to generate returns for orders they never placed on oc 2.0.2.0

There are no checks on returns unfortunately - I really believe the return system needs a lot of work.

I check all returns and manually decline any bogus ones or duplicates - not a perfect solution, but it works.

Running Opencart v3.0.3.2 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

I'd like to remove the option entirely since returns are not applicable to my store. This is such a pain in the butt!

There are extensions in the mod store to remove the feature.
