Image Upload not Working

Hi,

I'm trying to add additional product images.

I go to Products> Image Tab, click on the image icon, click on the edit icon and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried to log out? I sometimes have problems with uploading pictures but it helps to log out and then log in again.

While you're trying to get that sorted out, a good work-around is to use an FTP program (I use FileZilla) to upload the image files directly to your OC directory.

Hi,

Problem was a new team member had inadvertently tried to upload a 1.5mb image, and php.ini setting "memory_limit" was not large enough.

Haven't changed it, have done some training!
