Opencart 1.5.6.1
Using weight based shipping extension.
Using a bank credit card payment gateway.
Some orders, completely random which and almost 1 out of 5 have the following serious issue:
- Order is calculated correctly including shipping cost.
- Costumer is receiving order emails including shipping cost.
- Order is registered in Admin including shipping cost.
- BUT the credit card payment i receive is not charged with shipping cost, somewhere in the communication between Opencart and bank something is wrong...The payment log shows the amount to be charged and it's the total without shipping, everything else (taxes, special offers, coupons etc) is calculated ok.
What to blame, the credit card gateway extension or something is wrong with Opencar itself??
