Ajax not populating data in Categories properly

I am using Journal 2.4.8 theme in OC 2.0.1.1

The Ajax categories data filter is not populating properly

If I type the first character say "F" it shows only few following categories
Fashion
Fashion > Bags > Formal
Fashion > Beauty > Foundation
Fashion > Pants > Formal
Food

but there are other subcategories and subsubcategories under Fashion and Food which it is not showing.

If I type "Fo" it shows above 5 categories. Instead it should Food and sub and subsubcategories under Food

If I type "Fa" it just shows one category ie. Fashion. Instead it should show Fashion and all subcategories and subsubcategories under Fashion.

just type the name of the sub category and they will show up. For example, you have the following

A
>B
>>C
>>>D
>>>>E

To add category 'E', just type 'E' into the auto complete field
