I need theme created from some static html files.
Our designers have created a collection of html files for the new design for our website however it needs to be converted into an OpenCart theme.
Attached is some of the images of the templates (html and psd will be provided).
Please quote how much to create this theme, it should be a straight forward job.
Will also need to be responsive.
I would do this myself but do not have time. I can help if need be though.
