Order Update Screen All Squashed Up

Hi all

I'm running opencart 2.0.1.1 and when I view an order, to update the shipping status the screen is all squashed up. Please see the attached screen print for explanation.

This only happens to orders which are imported by Openbay. Normal Opencart orders are ok.

I suspect this is because Openbay requires a couple of extra fields.

Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated.
