Add automatically commission or notification

Hi,
I purchased the extension "Auto Add Commission" to ensure that the commissions were applied automatically, but this happens only when the shipping status changes to "Completed".

Is there a solution to automatically apply in every state?

Alternatively, could we get notified by e-mail so you can know when we have to apply the commission?
Is there an extension for this?

How can we manage the commissions?
We have many orders, and it is difficult to trace to whom should we apply them.
