Import/Export Not Show Up

I downloaded and installed the import/export module.  I did the user group changes and saved it.  I do not see the import/export menu in the Admin | configuration menu. 

There was a .htaccess file in the download that wanted to go to Admin/ folder.  This would not allow me to access the admin page until I removed it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advanced.

It should appear as per the attached image.

Have you followed the instructions as outlined in our manual (http://www.mhccorp.com/opencart-0-7-7-export-import.pdf) when you installed it?
