I have three Opencart websites running in a cloud server, with the different versions of 1.6x, 2.0.1.0, and the latest 2.0.1.1. All of the OC mailing function doesn't work at first place, then I tried to install the Linux Sendmail and Dovecot email server into the cloud server, within the Centos OS. I also registered some free domain emails, and set up the MX and DNS as needed from the hosting Control Panel.
Here is my problem:
For all versions of Opencart I used, they only deliver mails to one email provider, which is *@126.com in my case, all others so far I have tried like qq.com and hotmail don't work. How do I solve this problem? is it involve with the Opencart Mail/SMTP setting? Email setting from the hosting server, or something else? Why one email worked perfectly and others just don't. Please help!

Thanks, but this does not solve my problem. After set up the Hotmail from the OC Mail tab, it throws out a notice: Notice: Error: AUTH LOGIN not accepted from server! in ../system/library/mail.php on line 254.Does this mean my host has disable the php mail function?
And I tried to add -femail@example.com from the Mail Parameters, after that I can receive email from my QQ mailbox but did prompts me:"Please be cautious that the message is from an unverified address", Hotmail still can't receive any mails.
I'm thinking this is caused by my mail server Sendmail/Dovecot configuration from my hosting server, or some authentications needed from somewhere. Help still needed.
then try qq mail

Have you tried creating a Mandrill account and using the smtp option? It seems to be a lot more reliable than the servers php mail function
