Offline CC stopped sending email CC numbers.

Hi,

With the Qphoria Offline extn.

With OC 1.5.5.1 and 1.5.2.1

I have just been told that a site we host has stopped sending email numbers. They are in admin fine but no email is recieved.

Always worked fine before.

I have tried the default 'Mail' in Settings as well as 'SMTP' which works for the invoice etc but still no email with the numbers.

I tried the 'Leave all on database server' and that did work, but it will not SEND the first and last blocks.

Anything I can check?

Is it only the offline email?
The email uses the default opencart email system so its just the different content but the same mail function. So I'd assume all emails would have to had stopped if this stopped. Ask your webhost to check the mail log and see if they can see any errors

Yes only those emails are not turning up.

Maybe a spam filter is taking them as well.
