Hi, I have been helping this company for some time but I am fairly new to OC. Any and all help is appreciated.

Here is just this months of errors.

The client recently called me because a customer placed an order and "the computer says" it was completed but they did not receive the payment. I believe the highlighted errors above could be the cause.

Indicates an third party extension is used. Contact developer of extension.
Undefined index: street_1 in /home3/artofclo/public_html/store/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_model_account_customer.php
Indicates one or more vqmod modification(s) is / are active. Disable one by one to find out wich is causing the error.
Undefined variable: text_fex in /home3/artofclo/public_html/store/catalog/view/theme/default/template/mail/customer_register_admin.tpl
Caused by third party extension? Contact developer.

1. Which version of Opencart are you using
2. Are these errors being replicated every month, or have they suddenly appeared
3. Has an incidence like this 'unpaid order' ever happened before, or is this the first time
4. Looks like some of the errors are due to a vqmod - have you just recently installed it? Is this the root cause? (It is worth checking the vqmod/log folder as well)

That should do for a start...

Ok this is the email from the client with the current issue.

We had a Wholesale Customer place an order through OpenCart. They placed their order (ORDER# 60521) using a credit card. They filled in all their information and sent it through. The computer says the payment was processed but we didn’t receive that payment. Somewhat of a disconnect. Do you know why this could be?

I could not find the order number in the system at all. Again I am not familiar with OC but I did find the orders and the numbers are not even close.

Let me answer your questions
1)Version 1.5.2.1 - copied from the footer of the admin backend.

2)Several of the errors have existed for a very long time. Well before I took control of anything. Here is the full error log back to when the site was brought back to life on the rackspace server. here is the full current log - justpaste.it/invm

3) This is the first time, that we are aware of. Unfortunately I can only speak about the last year, The person who brought it to my attention has only been with them for the past 3 months. But orders have been placed and executed without issues many times during both of these time frames.

4)I personally have not changed anything on this system besides moving it from rackspace to bluehost. There old tech support originally moved 2 sites for them by taking an image of the reseller blue host account and moving it to rackspace and nothing worked, literally nothing and they just disappeared from the project completely. when they hired me, I got it working on rackspace but because of the huge increase in hosting cost, I moved it back to bluehost 9 months ago and this is the first time they have started to present problems with this site to me. They have been receiving orders/payments and such without issue during the previous time after the move was completed up until recently.

Difficult if you have not changed anything with the installation over the time you have been overseeing things...

Long list of errors, but as (as far as you know) this is the first occasion an order has had this problem then these may/may not be relevant.

PPRMKR is right - these appear to relate to a 3rd party extension and at least one vqmod. You ideally need to find out which extension(s) have been set up, and double check they are designed for OC version 1.5.2.1 - and if they are you need to contact the developer (or sort the problem yourself).

The vQmod's are easier - go to the vqmod/xml folder and disable them by renaming then from 'whatever.xml' to 'whatever.xml_'. Clear your vqmod/vqcache folder and then refresh the browser. Check the relevant pages and the errors should be resolved.

Then enable each vqmod in turn (remove the underscore from the end of the filename extension) and check the pages to see when the errors return. That way you will catch whatever is producing the vqmod-related errors.

Alternatively - if you are lucky - the previous dev may have installed http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... on_id=2969 which might save you some time?
