I'm trying to help a friend with adding in an extension for website. I got it all uploaded and installed ok, but when you go to edit it, I get a blank white page with the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot use [] for reading in /home/whisperi/public_html/admin/controller/shipping/formulabased.php on line 96
I have researched all night and can't find where the error might be. The code for that .php file is below. Can anyone point out what I need to change / fix? I have posted on the extension comments section, but not sure how often that's checked as the post above mine was an error (different) and not been answered yet...
