Good for you. Still, not so very professional, from my point of view, it's not even possible to see an entire Page on a Browser, set to 1024x768 Pixel Resolution, and since the Page is not scrollable horizontally, Parts of the right side is just cut.
No offense, you have asked for comments, I assume...

You are right about the site's width. It's bigger than 1024px as this was a requirement when configuring the template settings.
But I've tried it with screen resolution 1024x768 - there is a horizontal scroller

In IE and Chrome Yes, but in FF is missing.
