Need Costumers Send their's own offers !

Hi, i need a module or form that after registration costumer should send self offers or prducts and publish after admin confirmation is it possible ?

i wan't to use it for antique collectin shop ...

I do have a "Custom Price Offer" mod that allows users to enter their own price. It was originally designed for a site that wanted to sell gift cards at custom values. But that might work for what you need too.
