NEED HELP: Fatal Error: Class Document Not found....

Cant log into my /admin orsee the front end of my store
i get this error
"Fatal error: Class 'Document' not found in /home/content/92/10760092/html/admin/index.php on line 132"
on the back end and this wrror on the front end
"Fatal error: Class 'Document' not found in /home/content/92/10760092/html/index.php on line 191"

Have you checked that the file

system/library/document.php

exists? This is the file that holds the class Document.

yes i checked i have that file..

Fixed it, i just had to delete all the files in the Vqmod/ Vqcache folder.
