People are able to sign up as Affiliates but they can't log in. Appears no matter what password you enter it won't log them
in. Even with the password recovery, if you cut and paste that new password it does not allow access to log in?
Any suggestions where and how to trouble shoot this?

Are they approved? Admin must approve affiliate accounts before they can be used.
