UPS Shipping Without A UPS Account?

I'm trying to enable the UPS extension. I do not have a UPS account since my supplier drop ships the items from their warehouse. I've tried selecting the customer classification code 03 and 04, to which say in the description that you DO NOT have a UPS account, or are using the retail counter. Even with these options selected opencart continues to give me the form errors that the UPS account information is required. I cannot update and activate the UPS extension without account information.

What do I have to do to have the cart calculate UPS rates without having an account with the carrier? Thanks!
