Move Current Open cart Installation to a new Domain

Hi There,
I started with an open cart installation for my online store (http://www.designerjewellerynz.com) which is hosted at arvixe. open cart and all files are under public_html.

Now that i am convinced i need to go ahead with this, I've got another domain name whihc i would like to you. can someone please advise me how can use the new domain but have the same features and data base of the original install that I did and spent my efforts on.
