FedEx module quoting incorrect rates

FedEx seems to quote commercial rates, which I don't understand why. I have the following shipping methods checked:

FedEx 2 Day
FedEx Ground Home Delivery (which is supposed to be residential)
FedEx Standard Overnight

If you look at the attachments, you'll see the discrepancies in the prices.

How can I have it to where it will post only the residential prices correctly? Anyone? I have everything set up correctly based upon the instructions in the OC documentation and haven't missed a step.
I hope this isn't a dead end for me. I stepped away from VM to use OC. Hopefully someone can help.
