Need UPS and DPD mod with Track & Trace

Hello,

For a client of us we are in a urgent need of one or more modules wich can handle the following:

1) Choice between UPS (worldwide) or DPD (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg) shipment
2) Calculate shipping costs after choosing #1 option
3) Track&Trace

The problem that is after a whole evening of seaching I cannot find any appropiate module which does all of the above.

Payed or free module is not important. The major importance for our client, and us, if this mod is available? We cannot find it.

That's why I ask you fellow members for any help which will be highly appreciated. We stronlgy hope that there are mods which can do the jobs.
