how do i activate a user's account?

hi so i have opencart 1.5.6.4 somebody registerd and i don't see his account anywhere.I tried too and nothing,nowhere.What's wrong? the opencart is installed well,automaticly by hostinger.

If he registers he will appear, it will appear as not approved if you set to approve customers first, but it will show.
