1.5.6.4 Error

I'm receiving the following error and looking to find out how to resolve it. I've searched the forum but not coming up with anything. It was suggested that language files be loaded; however, they are already there. Also, I can't get any images, such as the slide show to appear but I'm not sure if it's due to the error received. Any help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated:

I was able to resolve this issue simply by turning on the language extension.
