Weird Formatting After Moving to New Server

I have moved our opencart website to a new server, but it isn't working correctly.

The formatting looks strange on the homepage. www.keystonepetplace.com and when I click on any links I get the following error. [an error occurred while processing this directive]

My admin also does not let me login. I get this message.

The weird formatting is because it isn't finding your stylesheet or the file was mangled during upload. Reupload your theme files.

The admin issue my guess is because you didn't update both config files to reflect your new server info so check and update the config.php files in both the root folder and in admin folder.

I uploaded the theme files again and still have the formatting issue.

Both config files are updated.

Thanks for this. I read that article and here's what info.php shows

session.save_path no value no value

I checked the other site I am hosting successfully on this server and it has the same php values, so I don't think this is the issue.
