Make Price field Mandatory for Admin

Hi,

Anyone knows how can I make the "Price" field as mandatory or "REQUIRED" when editing a product in admin?
Seems to be easily missed out sometimes as we have many fields to fill in and we don't want to end up with a free product.

Would also like to make SEO keyword the same.

I can help you with a module for this. JavaScript validation needs to be altered, from the template file.

Here are 2 VQmods I've made for you.
Those will add the price to the php validation alongside model.

In the archive are 2 files.

a) "admin_price_required_and_bigger_than_zero.xml" - the price input will be required and the price value must be bigger than zero

b) "admin_price_required.xml" - the price input will be only required. You can add 0 as the price with this one.

Choose ONE of those 2 files (NOTE: Only ONE! The one that you need!) and upload it to vqmod/xml and voila. The price will be required.
