shipping vs pickup otions

So I'm working on a site where the person is selling home brew supplies.
I've built a few other websites with opencart but i've never had this request.

So for instance:
So grain is available standard 1LB with options whole or crushed or Bulk 55LB whole.

But for the 55LB option it can only be pickup.
They do not want to ship full bags.

Does anyone know of a way to be able to make this happen.
I've been trying to think of a way to edit the shipping but I can't come up with anything.

You could use the built-in Weight Based Shipping to only set rates up to 55 lb, and then the only option left should be Pickup (as long as you have that always enabled).

If you need to conditionally enable/disable shipping methods beyond that, take a look at Restrict Shipping Methods. Or, if you just need different titles and rates for different weight brackets, I have a Weight-Based Shipping extension that could do that (to give a $0.00 cost called "Pickup" when 55 lb or over).

Do you know how I could get the Weight based shipping to only show up after 55lbs?

It cannot specify non-contiguous brackets like my extension, so you'd have to do something like make a really high shipping cost (like $999,999) so the customer wouldn't choose it.
