USPS Problems

I'm new to OpenCart and trying to get everything configured. I really wish I could find a good usermanual that would explain each section and how to setup, but anyway. I've perused this forum and can't find my exact problem as of yet.

I've setup the USPS module but when I go to my cart and do the estimate shipping and taxes the popup says "please enter a valid zip code for the recipient" which I have already done. Also does anyone else notice that when you click on the "Estimate shipping & Taxes" the little popup window appears really far down on the screen, so that if you didn't scroll down you'd think it wasn't there?

I then tried to just checkout and see what shipping options were available but the only one that showed up was the flat rate shipping that I enabled.

Any help would be so much appreciated.

Which version of Opencart are you using and does it include a custom theme? Also, which options are you offering? I think there are a couple in the Opencart system that are no longer offered by USPS.

My version is 1.5.6.4_rc I do have a custom theme that I got from theme forest it's the Flatro theme. I only checkec the first-class mail parcel and priority mail international. I registered a usps account. I then registered for the web tool and received an email with a username and password and the urls for the production servers. The OpenCart shipping module only asks for the user id during setup, so if there is somewhere that I"m supposed to be putting a password, then I don't know where. I put in the user id provided by USPS.

When I try a test sale and I'm in the cart and try the estimate shipping & taxes, the popup box says, "please enter a valid zip code for the recipient. I did put in a valid zip code, so I'm at a loss.

Speaking of that popup box that comes up when you click the estimate shipping and taxes, when I do that the box shows up really far down on the screen. I have to scroll down to see it, which if I didn't know to do that it would just seem like it's not working. Does anyone know why it's doing that?

A URL to your site would be very helpful. There is no password to enter into the Opencart shipping module, only for your online access at usps.com
