Multi-Store Different Domains DNS setup

Hi guys,
Just want to set up a multi-store with
domain1.com and domain2.com both being on the same server, but individual cpanels.

How do i set the DNS to work in this case as they share the same nameserver.

I've read tut on creating the ADD-ON domain, which i'm presuming is on domain2.com cpanel?

You only need 1 hosting account for multistores. If you have individual cpanels, you have separate hosting for each. Contact your host about changing to a plan that allows for multiple domains hosted on one account, then once merged, continue with the instructions in http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?t=27538
