2 different weight based shipping cost dep. on product, how?

Hi

I am looking for an extension that can do the following.

I have 4 different product categories. 2 of them are shipped from us to customer. The other 2 are shipped directly from abroad to our customers.
Domestic shipments are cheap, International shipments are expensive.
Is there a module that can handle this so i can use different shipping rates depending on products or product categories?

Also i need it to be weight based

Also if possible, if customer buys from the 2 different product categories or products that he will be charged for both domestic and international shipping?
Maybe i have to "tag" the products some how, how it is done is not important, the important this is that i can separate the costs for shipping so i don't loos money on shipping costs.
