I have only one total based free shipping in my store. Now, when the customer checks out, with the right free shipping total, he gets "Free shipping" and thats all. I woul like to have after free shipping two variants from wich the client can choose if he wants free shipping with 'postal services' or 'with carrier'. Can this be done?

Probably the easiest way would be to rename "Pickup From Store" to "Free Shipping (Postal Services)". You'd then have two free shipping methods.
Otherwise, you could use Total-Based Shipping to set two different free shipping rates based on total, and name them differently.
