Need vqmod customer notes addon

Hello,

I have searched everywhere for an addon to allow customers to send notes from their "my account" or "order history" back to the system. I cannot find anything. Here is an example.

Lets say a customer buys product x. We receive the order from the customer and have a question about it. We can log into admin and edit notes directly from the order that sends an email to the customer. Now, if the customer has a response to the question about product x, there currently is no way for them to reply from their my orders page or to reply directly back with reference to the order. This feature is what I need. Can this be accomplished? Back and forth communication between back-end cart users/groups and customers in relation to a particular order.
