(Request unsuccessful: error) Error Appears Sometimes

I am having problems with the Insurance Terms & Conditions* link and the Declaration of Weights and Dimensions* link on the following page: http://ic-express.co.za/index.php?route ... duct_id=54

Most of the times the pop ups for both links will display on all browsers but occasionally I get the error "Request unsuccessful: error"

Is this due to internet connectivity problems as the problem is not consistent or is there something wrong with the code?

I would appreciate any help in solving this problem.

Since it is apparently just irregularly intermittent, it may well owe to traffic or simultanous requests, relative to whatever the server http and database load limitations might be. You might accordingly ask host support why that should fail just sometimes.
