Hello,

I have recently installed the FedEx live rates global extension but for some reason 'm unable to retrieve any rates as yet. I'm based in the UK and have confirmed all keys and numbers are correct as the software is communicating with FedEx and returning a response in the error log.
I'm getting 'Warning: No Shipping options are available.' error even though all boxes are checked and the correct geozone is selected. I have exhausted all options on the extension settings page and im lost on what to do next. FedEx support have seen the error log and think it may be the smartpost option thats giving me grief. I confiremed that smartpost is unchecked but yet it still shows up on the error log?
Any suggestions please?

This differs slightly from the other thread on FedEx. Since you've unchecked that, you might need to flush /system/cache/ as well as /vqmod/mods.cache and /vqmod/cache/ in order for changes to OC to work right. You still have recourse to the extension's author, so be sure to try that, too.
