I have been searching for the best cart for past five days. I recently had experience with magento and volusion. Magento having a large community and reputation made me opt for it. The magneto connect was something very aewsome. The magento required a lot of extra extensions to be installed. Opencart was something that was clean robust and had all the options I needed. The jfusion for magento and other crappy forum bridges always doubted me to go for it. I needed a platform that wouldn't cause me problems in near future. Here is the point I found you posts and your intentions of taking it along with the open cart. This is the reason my friend I have joined this forum and you have just made me opencart fan. Sry fr the typos or grammers as i was already frustrated of searching proper integrated forum cart solution. Anyways thanks once again for bearing this responsibility, looking forward for you final release.

Thanks for your support ;D
I was away to other city last week and the project was stopped. Now I get back to it and will try my best to finish it ASAP.

What can i say but WOW !!!!! ;)

I definately want to use this on our new site http://www.codetrove.com , you could even sell it there if you wish.

Do you need any beta testers ???

I'm willing to give it a shot in return for fixes etc , heck i'll even pay now.

Thanx in advance

You seem to have done a lot of work on this extension. Do you still anticipate releasing it publicly?

It seems that several people would pay for the integration work you have done, myself included. I would easily pay $25-30 for this extension if it was available.

If you plan to give it away, maybe you could open-source it and other developers could assist. It seems like a pretty large undertaking.

Please advise on any progress or future plans for this project.

Thanks!

Hi guys,
I got bored waiting to see this forum extension so i have written my own. Its demo is here http://test.codetrove.com/index.php?route=forum/forum

I will give out a link for the admin demo too just as soon as i finish tidying it up.

I have not finished quite yet but i am going to release it very soon.

Features now and upcoming are on the features category of the above site.

Please feel free to post suggestions and wishes on there.

Keep any eye on the forum as i will post links when its available.

Thanx

I bought the forum extension from CodeTrove.com. It is the best OpenCart forum extension that exists, and I have tried them all.

I highly recommend the forum. I put it through rigorous testing, and it works very well. It has an impressive set of features and options. If you need a forum, do yourself a favor and buy the one from codetrove.com you will be glad you did.

I have no vested interest in codetrove, I just have been using their forum extension and it is by far the best I have found.

I brought Justines forum a while back, I've downloaded the most recent version and tried to get it working on my local site but no joy.

Has this been release yet?
