Sub categories not showing up?

First off the site is behind a password protected area so I can't show a link...sorry

Our issue being that we have parent categories and sub categories.
but "some" of the sub-categories aren't showing the products?
If you look at the product it's set up to show on the correct subcategory... If you look in the catalog, the subcategory shows, if you look in the sub-category all the products show... is there a way to see the product page itself?
(Since I can't see the sub-category products I can't access the pages)
If I could see the product page maybe I could follow the link and why its not showing...
I suspect its has to do with the SEO pack...we had the SEO pack generate friendly urls... but have since changed the product names and categories many times.

Any ideas welcome..lol

That definitely sounds like the issue. SEO shouldn't be a concern if the site is behind a password. You're not getting any google rank, that's for sure. Disable the plugin, clear all caches, and then try again. I'll bet it works!
