Default shipping address

Hi all,

I have searched, but found nothing simmilar. I need an option, for a customer, at checkout, to have 2 options as shipping address: "default shipping address", and a regular address that he enters.

To be more specific, it's about products that are students/university based. So, if a student buy an item, and he chooses his University as a shipping address, that goes as free shiping. Every other address, flat rate shipping is applied.
