When customers go to check out, the price they are quoted is lower than the actual price to ship the item. As a result money is lost on each transaction.
How can I get a more accurate quote? size and weights are already accurate. I believe all the basic info is set right as well.
Is this happening for all the products or some products are showing the correct/expected shipping price?

It's happening for all products. I've contacted UPS tech support and they are telling me the rates should match and there is something that needs to change in the code. I'm using OpenCart 1.5.6 and just the basic extension that comes preloaded.
