So I have three customer groups - Retail, Wholesale & Pro-Staff

Members of all three groups get different pricing when they log in…That works great

The retail and Wholesale customers are getting a shipping option when they check out (USPS and/or Volume Based Option), they work great also, however my Pro-staffers, get no option for shipping at all, just a pink message -

Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!

Anybody have any ideas what I am missing here??
