HI Folks-

I have UPS enabled and set up in the extension area but still cannot seem to get past this part of the checkout. When I get to "Delivery Method", an error message appears stating "Warning: No Shipping options are available"

I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the right GEO zone assigned? Are your shipping modules enabled? Is your shipping address in the assigned GEO zone?

Here is the web address to the store. You may be able to figure something out or at least see where the error is occurring.

Nope can't see anything right off. So I would suggest you activate a couple of other shipping modules and see if they show. Mike

Thanks, Mike. I activated several other shipping options, including flat rate, per item and weight based. Still not working. It's almost like something is wrong with some coding deep in the php files. Which, to say the least, is way beyond my scope of knowledge.

Are you sure your United States geo zone is actually associated with the country? It's a common mistake to create the geo zone, but not assign a country + "All Zones" to it.

Okay, we're making progress. Now I get this message:

"111286: Fl is not a valid state for the specified shipment."

HI

Johnathan, I checked this on my installation as I have a "no shipping options are available" error. UK based shop shipping to USA CA. In my almost standard default installation I have "Countries", "Zones" and "Geo Zones" available under system - localisation.

Countries has 249 listed - not touched these
Zones has 3985 listed - not touched these
Geo Zones has UK Shipping and UK VAT zone

Just added to Geo Zones a Worldwide option and assigned USA - all zones.

I only have the fedex option enabled and I am trying to test it having got all the meter numbers etc. from fedex. It's in Test mode. I have just set it to Test Mode=no and I get the fedex option in a pop up but with error. I guess it may be working but I have some data matching errors to sort.

Basically I get the OP's error if in test mode. Anyone any experience with the default fedex module? I looked at the code upgrade suggested somewhere on here but the code is major different, so not sure if I should proceed with that.

cheers

Still get the same error.

If it's relegated to the Fedex method, it's likely how you've set it up. Double-check your weight classes, default package dimensions, and other settings, or try playing around with changing them to see if you can remove the error. I've never really used the Fedex module, so I can't suggest anything specific unfortunately.
