Product - Option enabled depending on the Geo Zone

Hi,

Can anybody create a feature where the product - option will only active if the customer geo zone is a match to the applied condition.

The case: I sell a door lock all over the country. If the person live in the same location of my stores, then an installation option came up on the product page. Else, this option is not available.

This is something I've been looking into as well but alas, I haven't found a solution yet... I'll be sure to post it here if I find one.
