Option sort order per product?

I am using Version 1.5.5.1 and I have noticed I can now use a product option more than once in one product. What I'd like to do now is set the sort order for the options per product rather than the sort options in the option list.

Is there an extension out there or a mod I can do?

Sorry to resurrect an old post, but I too would LOVE to do this. I've searched and searched but with no satisfaction.

Anyone have any ideas?
