Need input about coupons and vouchers, pls....

Hi,

Occasionally, people living in the same area like to drop by and pick up their stuff instead of having it shipped to them.
I'd like to be able to mail them a voucher or coupon code they can use when ordering that makes the shipping cost go away (but still they'll have to pay the products as usual, of course).

What's the preferred way to set that up?

How about enabling "Pick up from Store" and attach it to just your state?
